The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, 32-inch Samsung SmartTV, and right outside the door, a fully renovated full bathroom, complete with new flooring, a new vanity, and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling tiled shower. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two twin beds, including one with a trundle, and share the full hallway bathroom. The twin beds can also be converted into king beds.

Downstairs you will find a finished basement with a full bathroom, laundry room, 48-inch SmartTV, and an arcade machine – perfect for rainy day activities.

The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs perfect for a quiet afternoon reading or relaxing. Outside is a large deck, Weber gas grill, patio furniture, a backyard, and a hammock, which provides a great environment for cookouts and gatherings with friends and family. An outdoor shower enables you to rinse off after a long day at the beach. There is ample parking for two cars in the driveway. The home has blazing fast 1,000 Mbps (1 gigabyte) WiFi, for when you want to stream your favorite TV shows and movies from the multiple Samsung SmartTVs throughout the home.
